Cambridge authors take centre stage at 2026 PROSE Awards
This year sees Cambridge authors recognised once again for their landmark achievements across an extraordinary breadth of disciplines. From Earth Sciences to Classics, their award‑winning work reflects the depth and innovation that define our global community of authors and editors.
The Association of American Publishers Awards for Professional and Scholarly Excellence (PROSE Awards) has recognised the strength and depth of Cambridge’s scholarly publishing, with 23 titles honoured in 2026, including the prestigious R.R. Hawkins Award, two Excellence winners, nine Subject Category winners, and eleven Finalists.
The PROSE Awards celebrate publishers whose books, journals, and digital products make a significant contribution to their fields of study.
"I'm absolutely delighted to see such a strong performance in the PROSE Awards from Cambridge University Press books this year, and furthermore spread across such a broad range of subjects. Huge congratulations and thanks to all our authors involved"
